Snoring is one of the sleeping problems most people are having. It may seem to be simple but it is actually a very big problem. It has causes many couples to have troubled relationship. There are some people that snores when they lay on their back facing upward. Some people also snore when they open their mouth during their sleep. The position of the tongue can also obstruct smooth breathing causing one to sleep. The abnormalities of the soft tissues can also result in snoring. The physical or internal structure of a person can cause the person to snore. It has been shown that people whose nasal tissue or throat are too much snore more often when they are sleeping.

 

Snoring can also be an indication of sleep apnea which requires medical treatment. Such condition is life-threatening. It is the obstruction of breath. People with this problem have interrupted sleep as they have to wake up when their breath is obstructed. Shortly after waking up, they will go back to sleep and wake up and go back to sleep. At the end, they will not be able to enough sleep. However, if your snoring is not caused by normal snoring, you will not suffer from sleep disturbance.
